In recognition of the contribution made by individuals and groups to the University community, the University of Sydney Union Alumni and Friends was pleased to present the 2009 Awards for Leadership & Excellence.
The recipients received $3000 for their contribution to enriching the University community.
The Awards was presented in two categories at the USU Annual Dinner on 30 October 2009.
INDIVIDUAL LEADERSHIP & EXCELLENCE AWARD $3000
Winey Suen and Angus MacFarland.
2009 CLUBS & SOCIETIES EXCELLENCE AWARD $3000
Wind Orchestra (under 100 members) and Movement and Dance Society (over 100 members).
