The USU has been active in and supportive of the process of indigenous recognition at this University. The USU is a foundation partner in the Australian Indigenous Mentoring Experience and has partnered for many years with the local indigenous community on such events as Indigenous Carnivale.

Come along to front lawns for a BBQ to kick start Reconciliation Week. While you're there, place a hand in the annual 'sea of hands'!
