Notice of Annual General Meeting
The 2012 SULS Annual General Meeting (AGM) will give members an opportunity to hear the Annual Reports of the Society, and vote on proposed amendments to the SULS Constitution.
Date: Tuesday 2 October, 2012
Time: 5pm
Venue: The Law Lounge, New Law Building

Proposed amendments to the Constitution
Any proposed amendments to the Constitution must be submitted by 5pm on Friday 21 September to Devika Gupta at secretary@suls.org.au. Proposed amendments must:
Include the relevant provision in its existing form;
Set out the proposed amendments to the provision;
Include the relevant provision in its amended form;
Be in a Word document;
Include the name of the person proposing the amendment and, if appropriate, a statement of up to 150 words to explain the proposal.

Other motions
All other motions must be submitted by 5pm on Monday 24 September to Devika Gupta at secretary@suls.org.au.

Notice
The Secretary will give notice of all proposed amendments to the Constitution by Monday 24 September, and will give notice of all other motions and distribute the Agenda of the AGM by Friday 28 September.

Notice will be given by email to the SULS mailing list and by posting on the noticeboard outside the SULS Office. A copy of the proposed changes will also be available in the SULS Office.
