Adjourned AGM

In accordance with Board resolution B231/12 there will be an Annual General Meeting held for Economics and Econometrics Society on Thursday 4th October, 2012. The AGM will consider the following ONLY:-

a. Welcome and explanation – USU Honorary Secretary
b. Election of Office Bearers – Returning Officer
c. Close of Business

The AGM will be chaired by the USU Honorary Secretary. The role of Retuning Officer will be filled by the USU Honorary Treasurer. The role of Electoral Officer will be filled by the USU Vice President.

For the purpose of this meeting only those Access Card Holders who were members of Economics and Econometrics Society at the end of Orientation Week 2012 will be included on the electoral roll. The Electoral Officer (USU Vice President) will be marking the role on entry to the AGM. With the exception of those USU Executives/Staff, non-Economics and Econometrics club members will not be admitted.
NOTE: Any enquiries in the lead up to the AGM should be directed to the C&S Manager. Office hours are Monday to Thursday 10.00am - 4.00pm

All nominations should be directed to the C&S Manager prior to the AGM at and will close at 3.00pm on Thursday 4 th Ocotber, 2012
Voting shall be received by ordinary members only.
