Equal Pay Day marks how far into the new financial year the average woman must work to earn the same as the average man in the financial year ending 30 June 2012.

This year, Equal Pay Day falls on September 2nd, which means that women are earning 17.4% less than their male colleagues.

Our forum will feature industry experts sharing their insights, knowledge and informed opinions about ‘policies for improving women’s work and pay’ in a bid to raise awareness of and circulate discussion and action around this pertinent issue.

Food and light refreshments will be served afterwards.
