Annual General Meeting

The Hong Kong Student Association (HKSA) hereby gives notice of AGM to be held on Friday, 26th of October
at The Holme Building / First Floor / Badham Rm
from 5-7 pm.

Items on the agenda include: Changes of the constitution, including raising member price, affiliation terms and conditions with other university Hong Kong student associations, changing of name from HKSA to HKSA USYD (University of Sydney), election nominations, executive reports and other businesses.
Quorum to be met shall be the lesser of one-third of the Ordinary members or fifteen (15) Ordinary members.

2. An Internal Vice President
3. An External Vice president
4.A Secretary
5. A Treasurer
6. A Financial Assistant
7. A General Manager
8. An Event-Manager - Sports
9. An Event-Manager- Functions
10. A Marketing Manager
11. A Chief Photographer
