After 5 years as a band LOCAL RESIDENT FAILURE are finally releasing an album. Also playing are CASH NO! from Melbourne who will be performing NOFX's 18 minute epic 'The Decline' in its entirety! To make things more confusing Perth's THE DECLINE will also be joining the bill along with CHRIS DUKE AND THE ROYALS!
