Annual General Meeting

Members of Sydney Uni MecoSoc will be voting to elect the new executive officer positions for 2013.

All positions are open.

President - manages the entire society, including all events, marketing, workshops, etc. This position is not for the disorganised among us.

Vice-President - right hand (wo)man of the Pres - generally expected to deal with the Faculty & Department.

Secretary - takes minutes at any meetings that arise, maintains the membership list, room bookings, etc.

Treasurer - keep track of the monies in our account and sign cheques.

PR Officer (x 2) - in charge of promoting events, maitaining FB group, etc.

First Year Officer - in charge of reaching out to the tender little freshers and getting them involved with events and mentor hugs.
