Sydney Arts Students Society Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Sydney Arts Students Society. The meeting will be held on 24th October 2012 at 12.45pm in Education Lecture Theatre 351.

The agenda is as follows:

3. Minutes of the previous meeting

Please note that according to SASS Constitution (Section 3.2), applications for Ordinary Membership will not be processed if received less than 7 days before the AGM. Only Ordinary Members and Honorary Members who hold an Access card may vote and nominate.

Nominations for executive positions are open immediately and close 24 hours prior to the commencement of the meeting (Tuesday 23rd October at 1pm). Nominations are required in writing by this time. Please email sydneyarts.secretary@gmail.com with your name, access number, position/s you are nominating for and a candidate statement of no more than 100 words.
