It's that time of the year again!

Join us on Thursday May 31st in Holme Meeting Room 1 for the SHADES AGM.

All executive positions will be open for election:

1. President
2. Vice President
3. Secretary
4. Treasurer
5. Activities Officer
6. Publicity Officer
7. It/graphics Officer
8. 4 general executive positions.

Interested in a position but not sure what it involves? Come along to our Executive Information Session to hear the current exec explain the responsibilities and time commitments of each position.

If you plan on running for any position please email your nomination to secretary@shades.org.au before 5pm may 31

In addition to the election of the executive, at this meeting a number of minor constitutional changes will be made. A copy of the constitution with these changes has been attached to the email distributed to the mailing list.

Not a member of shades but keen to get involved? No problem! You'll be able to sign up at the Shadester Drinks and before the meeting.
