Chocsoc is having its Annual General Meeting for 2012. The President and Treasurer will deliver their respective reports on the society's past year. There may be constitutional amendments to be voted upon. The executive committee for 2013 will also be elected, namely the following positions:

President
Vice-Presidents (2)
Secretary
Treasurer
Events Managers (2)
Publicity Officers (2)
IT/Graphics Designer

Members are welcome to nominate themselves online for any executive position via email to usydchocsoc@gmail.com, stating your full name, degree, year, Access ID, your desired position and a short statement of why you are running for said position.
