We are going to provide members with a thorough guidance into our events this semester, and amend our constitution. We need 15 people there so please arrive on time.

Here is the agenda for the meeting:

1. Opening and Welcome (Returning Officer being Ian Chan)

2. Apologies and Leaves of Absence

3. Minutes from previous meeting (introducing the future events of Disney for Semester 2)

3. Business arising- sudden departure of Vice President and informing all positions are now available for election, redundancy of Deputy Treasurer, need to elect new position for Assistant IT Manager since Christine Lim our current one is going on exchange and amend constitution to have next AGM and elections in October 2013

4. Annual Reports
