2012 Election of Executive. Membership applications please email ecosoc.usyd@gmail.com membership applications will close Friday 01JUN at midnight. Nominations for Executive positions must be put forth via email to ecosoc.usyd@gmail.com and will close 01JUN midnight. Nominations must state the position/s and the candidate for same. Positions are:-
1) President
2) VP Sponsorship
3) VP Education
4) VP Careers
5) Secretary
5) Treasurer
6) And up to a further 6 Executive Member(s)

Constitutional amendments:-

Clause 9.2 - To read:-
"To be eligible to run for an executive position you must have attended a minimum of 3 ordinary meetings and be an Ordinary Member of the club for a minimum of 3 calender months prior to the AGM". "To be eligible to vote you must be an Ordinary Member of the club for a minimum of 3 calender months prior to the AGM"

Clause 4.1 - To read
"The society shall have an executive consisting of:
i) President
ii) Vice President
iii) Secretary
iv) Treasurer
v) Up to a further 4 executive members"
