At this meeting a new executive will be elected for O-week 2013 and the following year. This is a great opportunity to work in the first year of a new partnership that allows you to work more closely with Australian Red Cross staff and programs. Proposed constitutional changes will be voted on. This change regards the need to outline that all membership fees must be donated to the Australian Red Cross and the $5 fee permits annual dual membership to the Australian Red Cross as a 'Youth Member' and SURCS as an 'Ordinary Member'.
