HOW TO USE OUR ONLINE STORE

To order a product from our online catalogue, all you have to do is locate the product you would like to purchase and click on the 'Add to Basket' button. You can navigate through our catalogue structure by clicking on the appropriate links in the Store Directory or by using our search engine to locate specific products and categories. Enter a product name and click on the 'Search' button.

When ordering Clothing, Insignia, etc., please be sure to specify the size, colour, style, etc. where indicated.

When you add products to your basket, you are taken to a page that shows the items in your shopping basket. To change the quantity of an item ordered, just type in the amount required in the 'Qty' box and click on the 'Update Qty' button. If you want to remove an item from your shopping basket, click on the delete button next to the item you wish to remove. If you need to order additional products, click on the 'Continue Shopping' button to return to the Catalogue.

When you have everything you want to purchase in your basket, click on the 'Checkout' button. The Check Out page requires you to fill out shipping information. All fields marked with an asterisk '*' are required and must be filled out. If you are registered and have signed in, your delivery details will be automatically filled. These details may be changed if necessary. If you are purchasing an Access Card you are required to fill in all fields marked with an asterisk ‘*’. If your contact details are the same as your delivery details, check the ‘My contact details are the same as above’ box and fill in the other mandatory fields. When you have filled out all the fields, click on the 'Proceed' button.

This takes you to the 'Order Summary' page that displays all the information you entered, as well as, the items you ordered. Please check this information carefully. If changes are required, press the 'Modify Details’ button and correct any errors. When you are ready to place your order press 'Process Payment' or 'Commit Order'.

We accept Visa or Mastercard For Australian orders we accept Visa or Mastercard as method of payment.

Western Union For International orders we only accept CASH PAYMENTS through a Western Union agent for payment. Any orders other than through Western Union will be rejected. You can make your payment at any place that can send a Western Union Money Transfer including Post Offices, Banks and many other Businesses.
