Should you be unsatisfied with any purchase made from our ONLINE STORE – Please
return the product in the SAME Condition as received, along with ALL Packaging and
accompanied by a note as to reason for RETURN.
Clearly stating all details of purchase along with a copy of the original Invoiced
issued at time of purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to refund on any item retuned
without full packaging and proof of purchase.
Once goods have been received by our ONLINE STORE staff and processed – a credit
will be issued for the FULL amount of the returned product (excluding Postage &
Exchange of Faulty goods
As Above - clearly stating reason for exchange and Replacement Goods will be shipped
Freight Free within 7 working days of receipt of Faulty goods.
